Milwaukee Public Market

There’s a lot to love about Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The great views of Lake Michigan,  an amazing art museum, beer, cheese, more beer and a photo op with the Fonzie statue from Happy Days which was based there.

One of the neatest stops I made last time I was in town was the Milwaukee Public Market.  As I chat with the market’s Operations Manager, Paul Schwartz – we discuss what the market means to locals, how it’s different from other markets around the country and why you could spend an hour just trying to decide what to eat when you stop in for a bite.
