Standup Paddleboarding

Standup paddleboarding has been around for awhile but just recently it’s become all the rage in places with a warm climate year-round like in Panama City Beach, Florida.

While in town – I tried it for myself with Gabriel Gray who owns a small business called WOW (Walking On Water) Paddleboards.  He gave me a lesson and we headed out toward the Gulf Of Mexico in what was a really fun adventure and experience.

In the interview, you’ll hear a little more about the sport and also about Gabriel who turned out to be a really interesting guy.
